Message from the Founder

Charity Ohotu Omaji

The Charity Ohotu Foundation was born out of a deep conviction that access to education and healthcare should not be a privilege reserved for a few, but a fundamental right for all.

Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand how poverty, the loss of parents, and limited resources can abruptly halt a child's education or deny families access to critical medical care. These realities inspired the creation of this Foundation—to bridge the gap between need and opportunity.

Through educational sponsorships, medical assistance, and community health outreaches, we are committed to restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity to those who need it most. This work is not something we can do alone. It requires partnership, compassion, and collective action.

What We Do

Education Empowerment

We provide full educational support for children who are unable to afford quality education due to poverty or the loss of one or both parents. Our support covers school fees and essential learning needs, ensuring continuity in education and long-term development.

Healthcare Assistance

We support individuals facing serious health challenges, particularly those requiring urgent or life-saving surgeries but who cannot afford treatment. Our healthcare assistance programs aim to reduce preventable suffering and save lives.

Community Health Outreach

We organize periodic community health outreaches focused on preventive healthcare, health education, free medical consultations, treatment, and medication distribution. These outreaches are delivered by qualified medical professionals working directly within underserved communities.
